Jeff and Jermelyn had a beautiful wedding ceremony at the San Francisco City Hall.  After the ceremony, they had a cozy dinner with friends and family in the French quarter at Cafe Bastille.  Jermelyn made a stunning bride and I was so honored to be able to witness their marriage.
